I bought the Jennifer Myers hair oil for normal hair nearly two weeks ago having seen an advertisement on TV. I have only just discovered this oil and heard of it for the first time a few weeks ago. I looked up the advert again on Youtube and checked out the website a number of times (this is what I sometimes do if I am deliberating on whether or not to buy a product). I checked out the price (currently £11.99) and raised my eyebrows as the oil was a little pricey but I made up my mind that I would try it out to see if it was any good. The first thing I did when I walked into the hair shop was to flip the lid on the oil and smell it. I have a thing about smells and the oil has a fresh scent, which reminds me slightly of a mix between olive oil and lemon, anyway I like it. The hair oil comes in two formulas, one for dry and the other for normal hair. I wanted to buy the oil for dry hair but they did not have it in the hair shop so I decided to buy the oil for normal hair, although I would have preferred the dry hair formula, maybe next time. I have been using the Jennifer Myers hair oil for nearly two weeks now. The oil absorbs well into the hair and I usually put a few drops onto
my fingertips and then massage it into my scalp to prevent dryness and
flaking and then I add a few drops to my fingertips and then apply them
to the ends of my hair, especially as the weather has been really chilly
and at times windy here lately. I am tired of putting my hair up so I
take some time to add a few drops of the oil to the hair at the nape of
my neck where the turtle neck jumpers, fleeces and coats rub against the
hair causing friction and dryness. At the week-end I washed, blow-dried and wrapped my hair (see video above from Youtube on how to wrap hair) using only Jennifer Myers Hair Oil and nothing more. I added the oil from roots to ends while the hair was still wet and then I blow-dried it. I then wrapped it and covered with a satin scarf while I did some housework. The result is very sleek hair. The hair is not weighed down, neither is it heavy or greasy, which is good. I was out in the snow today (yes, it is snowing heavily in the UK at the moment) and the ends of my hair were out, although I had a baseball cap on, the ends stayed very straight. My hair normally frizzes up when it gets wet so I was pleased that I had no frizzy ends when I got home. Also, I thought I would have to flat iron my hair as well, but I have had no need to put on my flat iron at all. It has been about 5 weeks since my last relaxer touch-up and have some curly growth at my roots. I have been using Jennifer Myers hair oil for 6 months now and my hair
is stronger and is almost at my shoulders, the breakage is not as bad
as it used to be and I am happy with the results. is now Dec 2007 and I can put my hair back into a pony tail and now have
